Ski Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. The renter bears full liability for the rented item.
  2. The rented item is not insured (a liability agreement is possible upon request). By paying a 10% surcharge on the landlord's list price, the landlord assumes 100% of the risk of breakage and theft.
  3. In the event of the loss of the rented item due to theft or total loss (without the aforementioned liability agreement having been concluded), the renter will be invoiced or charged half of the list price recommended by the manufacturer of the rented item.
  4. In the event of theft of the rented item, the customer must in any case file a report with the local police authorities.
  5. In the event of theft of the rented item with a liability agreement in accordance with point 2 above, the renter will be invoiced or charged a deductible of 0% of the list price of the rented item. In the event of total loss due to breakage: 0% deductible.
  6. In the event of damage to the rented item due to improper use or partial damage to the rented item without a liability agreement having been concluded, the cost of repair will be invoiced to the renter.
  7. Exchanging the rented item for an equivalent item during the rental period is possible at any time. Exchanges for items in higher price categories are also possible for an additional charge; however, no refunds are possible when exchanging for items in lower-priced categories.
  8. The rented item must be paid for up to the day of return, with the return taking place in the evening or by 9:00 a.m. the following morning at the latest; otherwise, the corresponding day will also be charged.
  9. Should the rented item, for whatever reason, not be returned to the landlord on time, the landlord will file a report 7 days after the return date.
  10. In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, no refund of the agreed rental fee can be made. Refunds are only made in the event of illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
  11. By signing, you agree to the professional adjustment of the binding (according to the manufacturer's specifications) in accordance with the personal information you provided.
  12. Free cancellation of the booking at any time with an immediate refund.
  13. The law applicable to the contractual relationship in accordance with the above rental conditions is Italian law.
  14. With the online booking, the rental agreement is legally binding under the above conditions.
